Hello My Name is Wendy Reynolds of Clubhouse Childcare. I have got over 15 years of experience. Being the oldest of 3 very young siblings, I have spent many years taking care of young children.

 

One of my high school jobs was working in a local child care center. From that moment, I knew that I wanted a child care of my own. My love for children continued after high school when I went to college to get a diploma in Child Development. After graduation, I became a nanny for a family, until I was able to purchase a home of my own.

 

Clubhouse Child Care was established in 1997. I am proud to offer high quality care in our SE Rochester area. I am a member of Family Child Care Incorporated where I am able to continue my child care development by going to monthly trainings. I am certified in CPR and First Aid as well as having trainings in Shaken Baby and SIDS.

 

My husband and I have also been licensed for foster care since 2001. We help children from birth to age 18 find their way through a devastating time in their life. Some of the children move on within just a few days, others stay months before leaving our home.

 

We have got 2 children of our own. Our daughter Kylie is 3 ½, going on 16, and our son is the delightful age of 15 months. They enjoy having all of the child care friends here everyday.  

 

My family enjoys spending time together. We tend to spend a lot of time outdoors, weather permitting. We enjoy going to the park, swimming, taking walks and most of all camping. During the summer, we are camping almost every weekend. When the weather is not so great, my family enjoys going to movies, McDonalds play land, the new mall play area, and when there is nothing better to do, shopping.
